Let me be REAL with you here. I am horrible at keeping my kitchen organized. We also live in a 1960s home with no kitchen pantry and very small cupboards. I also have a lot of Kitchen gadgets that just stay out on my counters all the time so take up quite a bit of space. So my kitchen usually looks something like this.

Off in the back corner out of the frame sits a sprouting kit I have never opened and a bread maker I have never used. I swear this will be the year I start using them. Maybe...

If you have any great organization tips feel free to share them with us. But I guess all this is to say you don't have to have a perfect kitchen set up to make delicious healthy food.
